Self Service VDI, Published Apps Laptops and Desktops Oh My!

Taking on the challenge of anytime anywhere computing via consumer devices is enough to make the average IT administrator pull their hair out, throw in an OS migration and different OS versions across the different hybrid environments and it may well drive you to drink too!

RES software helps eliminate the challenges and enable IT departments to deliver IT as a service no matter where a user connects, no matter what they connect from all while adhering to security requirements and making the user productive across all environments, allowing them to request services and have them delivered as needed, a consistent user application experience regardless of the OS or profile version, and enabling access to their data across any device with encryption and revocation.

7:00 - 8:00 Update Compliance with Configuration Manager 2012

Managing updates in Configuration Manager 2012.  What’s new, what’s the same.  Leveraging the features of CM to enable IT teams to make sure updates are being applied consistent with corporate policy.  This session will step the audience through the entire process including reporting.

7:00 - 8:00 Preparing for a Service Manager Deployment

Too often IT teams are unprepared to incorporate existing processes into Service Manager; this session will highlight some of the techniques used to prepare your organization to fully leverage all the features of Service Manager.  This session is all about process!  We will also look at some of the common uses of Service Manager and how it can be immediately beneficial.
